The mark in question: http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/おまんこマーク . (Though the ones I’ve seen in manga tend to have six short lines total, rather than fourteen. Incidentally, the symbol for the other main orifice in that area is just shortish intersecting lines with no circles.)

BTW About the “dirty mark” thing, you se that it has an additional circle and some lines all aroud that the original mark doesn’t have. As anyone who has seen Seitokai Yakuin Domo could tell yo, that symbolizes the sphincter at the end of the intestines that connects with outside the body (aka the anus); the dividing line represents the buttcheeks.

Last news was month and a half ago that only one page is left to do.
